Hannibal’s Spring Wine Tasting…
As the spring sun beats down on this year’s stunning mass of golden daffodils, we turn our attention to our first wine tasting of 2017..
On Thursday 23rd March, Hannibal Brown will be hosting The Spring Consumer Wine Event, entitled, ‘Trump vs Streep…. What factors influence a wine’s character?’

Chalk and Cheese – wines to split opinions
Just like Donald and Meryl, the diversity of wine is much to do with background influences, origins, nurture and training. We’ll exaggerate the discussion by presenting polar opposites from the Hannibal Brown wine portfolio and you’ll have your chance to give your own feedback.
Remember, there’s no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ when it comes to wine appreciation. Everyone’s palate is different and conjures up different wine characteristics. So we’ll try to use simple vocabulary to describe the fundamentals that influence stylistic changes.
Our spring wine tasting has a new venue this year – The Library at Raynes Park – just outside the train station and within 20 mins’ easy reach of central London. Doors open at 7.00pm – don’t miss this unique tasting opportunity.
