Joining his Reserve Riesling in our range, Andre Scherers Pinot Gris has delicious peach and apple overtones with attractive freshness. Lovely ripeness and sufficiently opulent to accompany tasty white meat dishes or food with a gentle tang.When Andre Scherer sets out to make a wine, he ensures that the character of the grape shines through. He works organically, but due to the positioning of his small plots of land (about 2Km from Eguisheim), he cannot ensure what his neighbours are up to and so official organic certification would prove a challenge.
