We were bowled over when we first tasted this wine – it set the tastebuds racing and offered something a little different in character. Elegant on the one hand, yet packed with interest on the other. The use of Fiano and Falanghina grapes in equally quantities has led to a truly satisfying glass. Think tropical and citrus flavours in one.
The winery is certified organic. Cool-fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months before bottling.
