This is a ‘right bank’ wine, within spitting distance of the superstars of the Pomerol region. This latest 2018 vintage continues to demonstrate Chateau Toulouze at the top of their game.
The vintage lends itself to good, medium length development in bottle, so either enjoy now as a deliciously youthful claret, or be confident that you can age this wine for several years and enjoy the mellowness of an older wine. With blackcurrant flavours and a good tannic structure, it is best decanted, served with red meat dishes.
