Wow – this is something else! Made from 100% Rivaner (better known as Muller-Thurgau), which is a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner. It displays a bright nose with delicate aromas of greengage and grapefruit. Lively and refreshing on the palate with balanced acidity and a slight off-dry finish make this the perfect aperitif wine.

He runs a property of just 11 hectares, keeps his yields at crazy low levels and is proud to work in an environmentally respectful manner.
