Domaine de la Zouina Volubilia Gris

Hugely popular, stylistically this is southern French in character, in spite of its unusual origin.  Which is less surprising, given its production is presided over two Frenchmen, one of whom is the proprietor of the famed Chateau Larrivet Haut-Brion in Bordeaux.

Pale in colour with a fresh, aromatic nose.  Delicate, ripe peach and floral notes.  Elegant and serious all in one.  This charming wine has a crisp palate, even acidity and an attractive minerality. Well done Morocco!
