From Pays d’Oc, it’s a fabulously approachable Merlot, blended with a touch of Mourvedre to provide structure and backbone – and it’s an absolute bargain. Whilst the wine has an attractive fruit ripeness, the emphasis really is on its incredibly smooth structure.
