The fourth Philip Shaw wine in our range, this is the most exciting and perfect for summer 2021 drinking. The Wire Walker is garnet red in colour with plenty of fruit and savoury spice, albeit elegance personified in a very Burgundian style. It exudes berry fruits on the nose and on the palate whilst being framed with a good balance of tannins. Extraordinarily delicious with fish or chicken on the barbeque, or even a Christmas turkey.
Our eyes simply light up when we taste the unique brilliance of Philip Shaw’s wines.
