Deep in colour, rich and structured, this is extraordinarily good and continues to be one of Hannibal's favourites.  Navarra is right next to the Rioja region in northern Spain and equally well suited to Rioja lovers or indeed anyone who appreciates well structured red wines.  Offering such great value for money, the bonus is that you might even stretch to a second bottle - it would be worth it!

Another great addition from the talented winemakers at Bodega Principe de Viana in Navarra.

The winery was founded in 1983 and originally was quite traditional in its winemaking.  These days - and with the influence of Chilean born winemaker Pablo Pavez, their approach is spectacularly innovative, bringing out the best of modern Spanish winemaking.

The careful use of of oak barrels from both France and the USA during fermentation ensure a really classy, complex Chardonnay, yet still at an affordable price point.   Look out for our other Sabina wines - all are equally charming and all are strikingly good value.
