The charismatic Thierry Germain produces impressive fresh, crunchy wines and with every vintage, they seem to get better! His fruit-driven style will attract lovers of Burgundian red wines. He works following biodynamic principles and his wines are as chemically free as they come.
Cabernet Franc is more delicate than Cabernet Sauvignon, though it does share some similar characteristics. This wine is fruit-driven, light with soft tannins and can even take a little chilling. A really elegant addition to our range and one Hannibal’s team are thoroughly enjoying.
