Simon Hackett doesn’t mess about with the quality of his wines.  He sources only the best fruit from the Adelaide Hills with which he makes sublime wines.

This half bottle is brimming with flavours that will only get better with bottle maturation.  Stainless steel fermentation followed by a portion of the ferment undergoing a few months’ ageing in oak barrel.  Deep yellow with age with distinctive peachy notes and a delicate mineral palate.  There is a subtlety to this wine thanks to the delicate touch of Simon Hackett.
