This half bottle is brimming with flavours that will only get better with bottle maturation. Stainless steel fermentation followed by a portion of the ferment undergoing a few months’ ageing in oak barrel. Deep yellow with age with distinctive peachy notes and a delicate mineral palate. There is a subtlety to this wine thanks to the delicate touch of Simon Hackett.
