Pecorino is a grape mostly found in the Marche and Abruzzo regions. In the last 15 years, Pecorino has been re-discovered and is enjoying massive popularity in bars and restaurants across Italy. Why? Because it packs a punch… crisp, fresh, ripe and rich all at the same time. This wine is a mouthful of lovelyness. Torri Cantine started as a cooperative but since 2004 it has been privately owned and now focuses on quality over quantity. The property farms organically and rarely uses oak in any of its wines, preferring to let the fruit do the talking.
